When will my order be ready for pick-up/shipping?
Please allow 3-4 business hours to process pick-up orders, 1-2 business days to process and ship small package orders, and 2-3 business days for freight orders. All orders are subject to availability of inventory. Click on the Policies link under Quick Links in the footer for more details.
What kinds of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit cards such as VISA, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express. We do not accept Paypal payments. You will not be asked to enter your card numbers on this website. We will call you to collect that information after we receive your online order.
Why can't I enter my payment information online?
First, because we use a different point-of-sale system offline to process (charge) your payment. Secondly, because the shipping charges in Checkout are only estimates and not the exact costs, it's not fair to charge you extra costs first. Finally, it's less confusing for customers' billing if we only charge once - correctly - for your orders.
How do I order the right quantity for clays/raw materials?
Simply enter the total weight - in pounds - of the clay or raw material.
For example, if you want to order one box of Bella's Blend, type 50 in the Quantity button. For two boxes, the total weight is 100 pounds, so enter 100.
What is your return policy?
If you need to return an item, a return request must be made within 7 days of purchase. When calling or writing, please provide your customer ID number, invoice number and a brief description of the problem. We will issue an authorization number for return.
